Rates

Our rates range from $135- $219 plus tax per night, double occupancy,no more than 2 people in a room. Rates are subject to change at anytime.

Reservation Policy

By selecting and requesting to hold a date to get married and or to lodge at the Angel at Rose Hall constitutes a reservation.

Therefore by making a binding reservation at the Angel at Rose Hall, you have agreed to our policies. After a reservation request has been made and processed you will receive an email confirming your lodging stay and or wedding.  It is your responsibility to become familiar with our policies.

In the case of a wedding with guests it is the responsibility of the Bride and Groom to share our policies with your family and wedding guests.

Zero tolerance for disrespectful guests policy: The Innkeeper reserves the right to refuse admittance and or to terminate the stay of any disrespectful lodging or wedding guest (including the Bride and Groom) who's behavior is deemed by the Innkeeper as unacceptable and or interferes with the enjoyment of guest(s) and staff of the Angel at Rose Hall.

Furthermore, the disrespectful guest(s) will be refused admittance and permission to begin or continue their stay as a lodging and or wedding guest and will be asked to leave immediately, therefore, will forfeit their right to stay and all moneys paid to the Angel at Rose hall. No refunds to be made. If an outstanding balance is due to the Angel at Rose Hall, your credit card will be charge for any remaining balance. If the Angel at Rose Hall needs to take legal action,you will be responsible for all legal fee.

Alcohol Consumption: Social drinking is permitted in guest suites, registered guests must be 21 years of age.

Reservations must be guaranteed with valid American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa (Credit or Debit card). One night deposit is required for regular reservations. Reservations made within 30 days of your stay will be charged in full at the time of reservation.

One half of total charges deposit required on all packages.

All weddings require a $150 non-refundable deposit as a booking fee.

We do not have facilities for children or pets; therefore we are unable to accommodate children and pets for over night stays. Well-behaved and supervised children are always welcome to attend and participate in weddings here at the mansion. Family dog resides on property.

All accommodations are smoke-free, if smoking occurs indoors there will be a minimum cleaning charge of $250.

Check in starts at 3:00 p.m. Please make prior arrangements if you will be arriving after 7:00 p.m. No check in after 11 p.m. at the Angel at Rose Hall.

Check out is 11:00 a.m.

A minimum of two or three nights may be required on weekends and during special events or holidays.

There are no refunds for unused package items or early departures.

Damages

A replacement fee will be charged to the guest(s) if any items are missing from the guest room.

Any and all damages that occur to the Angel at Rose Hall during your stay, including replacement or repair to damaged furnishings, fixtures. stained sheets, towels, bedding, rugs, spa tubs and showers overfilling causing water damage will be charged to the credit/ debit card of the registered guest. We reserve the right to determine to what extent the items can be repaired,dry cleaned, or if they need to simply be replaced. This is not negotiable.

Cancellation Policy

Lodging Only: We are a small, privately-owned business, and due to our size, cancellations impact us significantly. A last-minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling your room or rebooking a wedding. For this reason, we uphold a strict policy. Lodging cancellations must be received 45 days prior to the date of arrival to receive a refund. After that, no refund is possible regardless of the reason for cancellation. You will be responsible for the full cost of the lodging. If an individual or group reserves two or more rooms, the cancellation notification period is then extended from 45 days to 60 days. If we can fill your lodging vacancy, you will receive a refund less the booking fee. A $45.00 booking charge will apply on all lodging cancellations. We always do our best to try to rebook a vacant room. "No Shows" will be charged in full, and there are no refunds for early departures.When canceling any reservation we require the following: You must contact and speak with Susan directly and inform her of your change of plans. We can not reply on email or mail, unless your message is sent via registered mail were a signature is required.

Wedding Policy

Cancellation PolicyWe are a small, privately-owned business, and due to our size,

 Wedding (i.e.: Victorian Lace Package, Elopement) and or Wedding / Lodging / Lodging Packages (i.e.: Angelic Honeymoon Package, Somewhere in time Package ) We are unable to issue any refund regardless of reason. Your credit / debt card on file will be charged if there is a remaining balance, and you will be responsible for the full cost of the wedding and lodging if a lodging reservation has been made. When canceling any reservation we require the following: You must contact and speak with Susan directly and inform her of your change of plans. We can not reply on email or standard delivery mail, unless your message is sent via registered mail were a signature is required. Because of the nature of our business all money paid to Angel at Rose Hall is non refundable

Cancellation fees and deposit/booking fees are non-refundable.  All weddings require a non-refundable booking fee of $150 as a deposit.  Any wedding canceled will be assessed a non-refundable cancellation fee of $150.

In addition we suggest that all guests planning to travel and or planning a wedding purchase travel insurance. There are many company that offer Travel Insurance at a reasonable cost, to help with the unexpected.

Gift Certificates

If a gift certificate is purchased, the recipient must comply with the above lodging and wedding cancellation policy. No refunds will be issued, all sales are final

 

Wedding Policies:To ensure your wedding as well as any other scheduled events or weddings that take place goes smoothly we ask that you provide the following information to your wedding guests. Since we do not personally know any of your wedding guests and have no way of contacting them, it is the responsibility of the bride and groom to see that all Wedding guests receive this information as to arrival and departure as well as Inn Policies. 

Our insurance policy/underwriter does not permit unregistered Guests and Visitors on the second floor of the mansion or in the guest rooms. In addition our priority is the privacy and quiet space of our registered guests.

The only exception being "professional" wedding photographers and those directly involved in helping the Bride (if a registered guest at the Angel) prepare for the Wedding.

Confetti, Bird Seed, Glitter and Rice are prohibited, you will be charged a $250 cleaning charge.  We prefer celebration Bubbles.
